I lived many years in Asheville, North Carolina that at one time, proudly showcased a great motto; Altitude Affects Attitude, it is the largest metropolitan city in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina and is perched beautifully on those beautiful mountains and the altitude does affect ones attitude during the time spent visiting or living in the beautiful city.

Come on now, join this amazing team of mine! Currently I am an Executive Director. I reached that level in November of 2015. I think it's a big deal, I worked very hard for several months to reach Executive Director! To get there one must have a personal order of at least 50 pieces of Paparazzi in one month. I've been at this Paparazzi business for not quite three years and I still giggle every time someone says "Wait, it's only $5?! Are you serious? [caption id="attachment_870" align="aligncenter" width="279"] Paparazzi Jewelry is only $5?[/caption] I love it. That is seriously my favorite question! Yes, I mean it, everything is only $5! Then I tell her to dive in and good luck ;) Everything in Paparazzi Accessories is only $5. It always will be. That's our tag line "$5 jewelry!" And it's one heck of a selling point! It's what makes people shop the first time and what keeps them coming back again and again and again, it's what turns customers into hostesses because they know their friends won't have to spend so much money

After the agonizing decision of which business to join comes the even MORE important decision of who will be your sponsor and your leadership team. This can be agonizing and it should be given a great deal of thought because once you've chosen your sponsor you cannot change. You get one shot at this! Let me tell you why I would make a good sponsor. First-- I am working my own business. Tomorrow I fly out for fabulous Las Vegas for my third Paparazzi Convention and I am so excited I can't sleep!! Convention is a game changer- a life changer! As I pack in preparation for attending the 2016 Paparazzi Convention I cannot help but look back on my very FIRST convention! I went alone, I flew alone, I didn't know my roommate... I mean really, I only knew my sponsor but I went! Y'all know I'm tough and have no problem flying solo so this wasn't as big a deal for me as it is for some, but I LOVE IT!! I met so many consultants that instantly became friends, I created new relationships with women who would build me up and help me grow as a consultant, and I learned so very much right from the founders themselves.
